The “Expedition” collection is NOW pre-selling. The floorplans range from 2,202 sq. ft to 3,967sq. ft. and base pricing from $367,990 to $441,990.

David Weekley, Pulte, and Richmond American Homes will be building 437 of the introductory homes for the approximate 3,200 homes to come.

Richmond American Homes will have “Pinnacle at Northpointe” with floorplans ranging from 1790 sq. ft to 2630 sq. ft. Pre-sales are anticipated to open in mid-October. Pricing has not been released yet.

Pulte will have two neighborhoods, Altitude at Northpointe; Canyon and Cactus series. Canyon floorplans will range from 2263 sq. ft to 2569 sq. ft and Cactus floorplans from 1,841 sq. ft to 2,249 sq. ft. Pricing info is not available yet. They hope to have pre-sales starting by Jan 2021.

David Weekley will have two neighborhoods, “Ascent at Northpointe” and “Summit at Northpointe.” Ascent at Northpointe will have floorplans ranging from 2,060 sq. ft to 3,050 sq. ft and Summit at Northpointe will have all single-story floor plans ranging from 2,497 sq. ft to 3,281 sq. ft.
